Our Return Process
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and that’s okay! If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Whether the product didn’t meet your expectations or you’ve had a change of heart, we will gladly assist in arranging a return for an exchange or refund.

Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
Need a different model or a replacement? We’re happy to offer exchanges if your product is unused and in its original packaging. Simply reach out to us at [email protected], and we will assist you with selecting the right fan to suit your needs. Once the original item is returned, we will ship out the replacement promptly.
Return Shipping
For most returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if you received an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, please ensure that the package is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accommodate most returns, please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance items or items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right as quickly as possible. We will work swiftly to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.
